Shipping Policy

  • Currently only ship Domestic in the U.S.A.

  • All jewelry is packed inside of a box or padded envelope and shipped First Class Mail via USPS unless requested otherwise.  Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once the item ships. 

  • ​Crowe's Nest Creations is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. ​​

Return Policy

  • Generally, returns are not accepted.  In the event of extreme dissatisfaction with your order, please make contact within 10 days of delivery via the Get In Touch page and we can work toward a solution.

  • If returned, item must be returned in its original condition. Crowe's Nest Creations reserves the right to determine if item has been returned in original condition.

  • Buyer responsible for return shipping costs.

  • All custom orders are final.  This includes custom ring sizes.​
